To give you the best possible L.E/Miami meetings, we use an innovative online appointment system. This gives you up to 45 of the most productive business sessions you’ll have this year – with the world’s leading contemporary travel community – in 20-minute slots.

Tell us who you want to meet

You can check the profiles of your fellow members and use a powerful search device to find companies that offer the best match for your business requirements. Next, select and rank 80 exhibitors you want to meet in order of preference via our secure website. You’ll be able to search for and select suppliers by entering the relevant search criteria.

Let us match you up

During this phase, everything is done via our online database. Based on your meeting preferences, the system uses a complex algorithm to generate client matches in the following order:

Mutual request by media and exhibitors
Exhibitors’ preferences
Media’s preferences

Once you’re done, you’ll receive a notification to view your very own personalised diary online.

Fill in the gaps

You can supplement pre-scheduled meetings using your online diary. Just directly contact who you’ve got your eye on and agree to meet using the online system that checks time slot availability before confirming.

This year you’ll also have the option to organise a Lunch Date during the 13:00 lunch slot. Use the online appointment system to request meetings and book lunch via our Lunch Date booking platform. Keep an eye out for more info closer to the show.

Missed Appointments

L.E/Miami takes the issue of missed meetings very seriously, whether by exhibitors or media. Attendees who miss even one meeting may compromise their opportunity, and the opportunity of the company they represent, to participate in L.E/Miami and any of This is Beyond’s future events, unless they provide sufficient and relevant explanation for their absence.

We monitor missed meetings to ensure that all members understand that L.E/Miami is built on mutual trust and respect for the community. Members are provided with three forms that we ask them to hand back to us at the end of each day, so we know if individuals have missed meetings on a daily basis and can decide on the best course of action. Forms will be provided at registration and can be dropped at the registration desk.
