Health & Safety Guidelines

We’re bringing you the most epic edition of L.E/Miami to date, natch. And because this is 2022, we’re committed to keeping you healthy on the show floor and beyond – so you can get down to business, safely. We’ll be updating this page regularly if/when travel guidelines change, so keep checking back to stay up-to-date.
GETTING IN
  • As of right now (10 June 2022) all non-US visitors must be fully COVID-vaccinated to enter the country.
  • In light of ongoing changes to the US immigration policy, we strongly recommend regularly checking HERE for the latest travel regulations.
  • As it stands (10 June 2022) the US requires a negative COVID-19 test for entry, taken the day before travel.
  • From Sunday, 12 June at 12:01am ET, you’ll no longer need to take a COVID-19 test for entry.
  • Check the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and US Embassy websites for full details on US entry requirements. It is your responsibility to check these sites (and with your airline!) for the most up-to-date info on travel restrictions. Pro-tip: a last-min check before you order your airport Uber is always a good idea.
WORKING SAFE-L.E/
  • Scrub up: there will be extra sanitiser on-hand throughout the show floor.
  • Face masks won’t be mandatory, but if you’d like to wear one at any L.E/Miami venue, let us know – we’ll have plenty on-hand.
  • We’ll be cleaning all meeting spaces throughout the day, as well as overnight.
  • As always, we’ll have a medic on-site, plus a dedicated quiet room if you need a quick breather.
  • If you need a fit-to-fly certificate or a COVID-19 test, head to Apollo Health, a private medical company, who’ll be stationed at the MBCC from Tuesday 14 – Thursday 16 June. Outside of these days, you can contact them directly if you need anything – chat to a member of the L.E/Miami team onsite for more info.
  • If you do test positive for COVID-19 during the show, let us know straight away. Team L.E/ are fully briefed on local guidelines and regulations and are here to help you stay well.
